About me

During my legal career of nearly 15 years, I have been working in various legal roles in market leading multinational companies that are well-known in their sectors, mainly in the field commercial banking and leasing industry, real estate development, transportation and logistics, and HR.

I gained broad expertise and I was responsible for developing commercially functional and understandable solutions to complex legal situations that fit and support the operations of the company to the maximum extent possible.

This solution-focused approach is the foundation in supporting my clients. My main goal is to provide my clients with predictable, transparent, understandable and practical solutions to my clients’ legal problems.

I work mainly with business related cases and I am familiar with the important aspects when preparing a business decision or a legal documentation. At the same time, I am prepared to consult with my clients in private matters as well.
